01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Haibaji platform — whether through the website at haibaji.vip or through the Haibaji mobile app — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Haibaji platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Haibaji. They apply to all aspects of your use of the platform, including registration, deposits, gameplay, withdrawals, bonus participation, and any communication with Haibaji support.

Haibaji may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Haibaji platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

02 Eligibility

To use the Haibaji platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

03 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one Haibaji account. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information during registration — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your Haibaji login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. Haibaji will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact Haibaji support immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password for your Haibaji account.
• Do not use public or shared devices to access your account.
• Log out after every session on shared devices.
• Notify Haibaji support immediately if you notice any suspicious activity on your account.

Haibaji accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any funds within it to another person under any circumstances.

04 Deposits

Haibaji accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Haibaji does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, and any such deposits will be returned where technically possible.

Deposits are credited to your Haibaji wallet instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact Haibaji support with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate promptly.

• Minimum deposit amount: as displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Haibaji does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support as quickly as possible if you deposit the wrong amount.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Haibaji account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and applies to all players.

Haibaji aims to process all withdrawal requests within ten minutes. During periods of high volume or for accounts undergoing verification, processing times may be longer. Haibaji will notify you if your withdrawal is subject to a delay and will provide an estimated completion time.

07 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

Haibaji is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Haibaji platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live card games.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

Haibaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or serious fair play violations, Haibaji may freeze account funds pending investigation.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Haibaji support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee as specified in the fee schedule.
• Haibaji will attempt to notify players before applying dormancy fees via the registered email address.
• Closed accounts cannot be reopened. If you wish to return to Haibaji after voluntary closure, you must register a new account.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Haibaji platform — including but not limited to game graphics, logos, interface designs, text, and software — is the property of Haibaji or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Haibaji content without prior written permission.

The Haibaji name, logo, and brand identity are protected trademarks. Unauthorised use of the Haibaji brand in any context — including on social media, third-party websites, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

Haibaji provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure the platform is available and functioning at all times, Haibaji cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses arising from technical outages, payment processing delays outside our control, or third-party service failures.
